14 National Excells at AAU Championships!!

  • 14 National Getting Ready to Do Work!!
  • Team Bonding Night!
  • Relaxing with their 13 National Sisters

Our 14 National girls were on fire from the moment the set foot on the court at their first AAU Championships!!   The girls played with fire and consistency and showed a passion that surpassed anything that they showed so far this season.  It was incredible to watch them continue to rise to the occasion and beat team after team. They went undefeated for the first 3 days until they finally lost a match near the end of day 3.  the most amazing feat is that they ended up 11th out of 116 teams!!  So proud of this team, love these parents and cannot wait to see what the  future holds for all of them!

Season Match Record: 39-10

There is no way that we can pick just one player from this past weekend.  The entire team was unbelievable and we were so proud of all of the girls.  It was such an exciting weekend and we ended up 2nd in OPEN GOLD!!  Our semi final and final matches were the best matches that the girls have played all season.  It was so fun having so many of our LMVC family cheering for us!!  Thank you also to our incredible parents who always show so much support , win or lose!!  GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

  • Leanna
  • I started volleyball in 6th grade. I kept working hard and made the 13 power team the next year. I made the jv team at greenbrier high school as an 8th grader. It was so exciting to see that the hard work paid off especially now that I am on the 14 national team with Lake Murray now. I have to drive about an hour and 15 minutes to practice, but it is definitely worth it for the amazing coaches and teammates that I have.
